The second test of the season is held in Gekoaventura
The Gekoaventura facilities in Valladolid will host this Saturday the second test of the Castilla y León Cup of Climbing in Block and the III Open Boulder City of Valladolid, where around 250 climbers will participate.
After the first stop on the regional circuit at La Nave de León, where the winners and provisional leaders were Víctor López and Claudia Fernández from Valladolid, the activity continues at Gekoaventura. There the organization has prepared a day that will start at 9:00 with the qualifying phase, which will be held in two shifts and will decide the climbers who will compete in the afternoon in the final rounds, starting at 16:30.
Among those registered, the presence of the local climber Iziar Martínez, international with the absolute Spanish team and recent runner-up in youth Europe, stands out. The competition will be offered live through the Youtube channel of the Federation of Mountain Sports, Climbing and Hiking of Castilla y León.
