4th day national team championship
In their historic hall of Valy Lédan, the gentlemen of Saint-Divy received their counterparts from Ingré. Less well ranked, but with experienced players like the Raynal brothers, the Loiret team has never been able to contain Finistère table tennis players. Well launched by their leader Morvan and the return to form of Vincent Goues, the local team quickly took the lead to lead 6-2 before starting the doubles. After a victory on both sides, it is captain Quentin Morvan who will conclude the debates and seal the second victory of the season for the reds and blacks. A success or a draw, during the next 3 dates, will allow the Bretons to renew their lease in N3.
Loperhet can still believe it
In Loperhet, the pennant team, complete for the first time this season with the return of Léonie Perchoc, could not cope with the Lyon armada and lost a severe score of 8-0. Caught in a spiral of 4 consecutive defeats, the players of President Michel Coat must bounce back quickly to believe in maintaining the highest amateur level.
To relaunch, they can follow the example of the reserve team which won its first success against Laval, a direct opponent for the maintenance. With the new boxes full of Michel and Jaouen, the girls of Loperhet took the break to win at home. Despite this promising victory, the maintenance will go through, at least, a new success against one of the 3 leading teams. A delicate but not impossible operation.
