Route du rhum: Charles Caudrelier, the victory of a chic guy

The head to the English, the buoy of Basse-Terre, the Canal des Saintes and finally the arrival in Pointe-à-Pitre… At 10:02 a.m. this Wednesday morning, Charles Caudrelier won the 12th edition of the Route du rhum, establishing a new Atlantic crossing record, in 6 days, 9 hours, 47 minutes and 25 seconds. Under the gaze of his children Nina, 11 years old and Maxime, 14 years old, Alicia his companion, his father (Charles lost his mother two months ago) and his brothers. A family clan more than ever united around its hero.
