PSG’s summer signing Carlos Soler made it 2-0 five minutes into the second half. Hakimi added the third goal six minutes later. Solero was followed by two more summer signings, with Sanches and Ekitike alternating in the final ten minutes.
The match between Monaco and Marseille was not completed by the Moroccan representative Amin Harít, who apparently seriously injured his knee and will probably miss the World Cup. He was replaced on the field by Dimitri Payet and in the second half assisted on both goals of the visitors, who secured the win in the eighth minute of Sead Kolašinac’s set-up.
