Police were warned on Saturday afternoon that a procession of cars was exhibiting dangerous behavior on the busy paved road. The procession of cars was stopped by the police and official reports were drawn up for a whole series of traffic violations.

“It has been made clear to them once again that they must comply with the traffic rules and they have complied with it,” says Matto Langeraert of the Ghent police. Witnesses also talk about Bangladeshi fire being set off, but the police could not make any determinations about that.
