dismissal with conditions

The Graz regional court in criminal matters is responsible for the case. According to a prognostic evaluation by a psychology expert, there were no objections to Seisenbacher’s firing. Therefore, the prosecutor’s office in Graz also agreed to this.

As a convicted sex offender, the former Viennese judoka must now meet certain conditions. If he violates them, the probation will be revoked. In this case, Seisenbacher has to go back to prison and serve the rest of the way there. However, according to psychological reports, this cannot be assumed.
