Nice win! Real Spain wins 2-1 against Vida in Morazán

TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS.- This Saturday the first division of Honduran football returned after the break in the National League with friendlies for the Honduran national team and the grand final of the second leg of Concacaf League.

The Francisco Morazán stadium vibrated with Real España and Vida face to face, in a match in which the result was 2-1 in favor of the Machine.

The result in favor of Real Spain was thanks to goals from Getsel Montes and Ramiro Rocca from penalties. The coconut palms ended up playing with one less man.

In the first half there were occasions with little danger, but two goals came, one per side.

The first thing that hit was the visit. It was the 13th minute when Cristian Sacaza got into the area and took a spectacular shot to the far post to beat goalkeeper Luis “Buba” López, who only adorned the action.

In the complementary part, a round trip match was expected, but it was not like that and everything turned uphill for the Life. Infamara Camará was expelled by the Tocoa referee, Marvin Ortiz.

At minute 56, Camará gave Getsel Montes a tremendous stomp and the central referee saw everything. He didn’t hesitate to send him to the showers.

With this expulsion, the aurinegros went over to the coconut trees in order to obtain victory.

The aurinegros won “in extremis” with a penalty charged by the Argentine Rocca at 90+4, generating controversy at the end of the match.

With this win, the Aurinegros are fourth in the standings with 25 points, six behind the leader Motagua, who plays the classic against Olimpia tomorrow.

This was a match between two direct rivals in the standings and in the end La Maquina took the three points in a hard way, but they are important for their aspirations to enter the league.
