The trade deadline continued to surprise observers when the Jacksonville Jaguars acquired wide receiver Calvin Ridley from the Atlanta Falcons on Tuesday afternoon.
Ridley, who is suspended for the remainder of the season for betting on NFL games, was traded for draft picks to be determined later.
The Falcons’ 2018 first-round pick, Ridley shined in Atlanta with 3,342 yards and 28 touchdowns on 248 receptions in his four NFL seasons.
