NBA: TJ Warren will return to the game after two years of absence

Brooklyn Nets winger TJ Warren is expected to return to action this week. Warren’s last game dates back to December 2020.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Warren is targeting the Dec. 2 duel against the Toronto Raptors.

The 29-year-old American signed a contract with the Nets this offseason despite being sidelined with foot issues. Warren was one of the most impressive players during the Orlando “bubble” in 2020. He averaged 31 points in six games while playing for the Indiana Pacers. However, Brooklyn isn’t expecting to have this version of Warren on his debut, according to Charania.

The Nets are ranked 10th in the NBA Eastern Conference with a record of 10 wins and 11 losses.
