The Milwaukee Bucks became the last NBA team to concede their first loss of the season. The team led by Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 98:117 against the Atlanta Hawks, the first bankruptcy after nine straight wins.

Because the Cleveland Cavaliers gave up the win in the last few seconds in the 117:119 against the Los Angeles Clippers, the Bucks are still the best team in the league. The Cavaliers now have eight wins and two losses.

On the mammoth game day of the best basketball league in the world, all 30 teams were deployed one day before the midterm elections in the USA. There are no NBA games for this on election day itself. Many professionals wore t-shirts with the message “Vote” (“Vote”).

Of the German pros, Maxi Kleber recorded victories in the Dallas Mavericks’ 96:94 against the Brooklyn Nets and Isaiah Hartenstein in the New York Knicks’ 120:107 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. National player Franz Wagner, on the other hand, conceded a 127:134 with the Orlando Magic against the Houston Rockets.

Player of the Day was Stephen Curry, who scored 47 points for the Golden State Warriors. He had the largest share in the 116:113 of the defending champion against the Sacramento Kings. It was only the fourth win of the season in eleven games for the Warriors.
