The Jaliscians Miriam Jaqueline Rodriguez and Luis Armando Montoya concluded their participation in the thirteenth edition of the Mexican Badminton Open which takes place at the Astros Arena.
The Mexican duo could not face Allison Lee and Joshua Yvan, representatives of the United States, falling by partials of 21-18 and 21-16, saying goodbye in the semifinals of the championship with the bronze medal. After their participation, both will focus on their next objective, which is the Ibero-American Championship of the specialty to be held this weekend at the same venue.
While the duo of the stars and stripes will face their compatriots Vinson Chiu and Jennie Gai in the grand final of the competition this Saturday, November 26, an event that will define the individual, women’s and men’s champions, in teams and teams mixed.
