From November 11 to 13, the Spanish Under 17 Badminton championship took place in Villanueva de la Vera, it is the third time in five years that the town of Extremadura hosts a Spanish championship of this modality.
More than 115 athletes from 14 territorial Federations and more than 50 sports entities gathered in the town of Verato for the development of the competition. On Friday from 11 a.m. in the morning, the preliminary rounds and round of 16 were unified for Saturday the development of the long day from 9 a.m. playing round of 16, quarters and semifinals of the 5 modalities (Women’s Singles, Men’s Singles, Women’s Doubles , Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles), the finals were played on Sunday morning.
