Maison Margiela has teamed up with Reebok to launch the TZ Pump Deadstock. From November 18, 2022 (Friday), it will be released at some directly managed stores of Maison Margiela.
Maison Margiela x Reebok TZ Pump Deadstock
Maison Margiela and Reebok have collaborated several times to develop sneakers. This new work is based on Reebok’s basketball shoes “TZ Pump” released in 1990, and incorporates changes that occur over time into the design.
The upper adopts a 3D scanned design of the original “TZ Pump” from the archive. Furthermore, by aging processing with dyeing and distortion, the appearance is reminiscent of vintage.
In addition, the midsole is hand-painted and cracked, giving details that make you feel the aging. It comes in three colors: white x black x neon yellow, white x black x red, and white x black x blue.
