Johannes Wendlinger becomes Bavarian runner-up

Two trainers from the judo department of 1. SC Gröbenzell started successfully at the Bavarian championships for seniors in Großhadern. Marcus Geierhos was able to secure the bronze medal. Our deputy youth leader Johannes Wendlinger fought his way to the final of his weight class and became Bavarian runner-up after an exciting encounter.

But our volunteer trainers are not only active in competitions. They also undergo regular further training in order to teach the judoka in their courses competency-oriented wrangling and wrestling according to rules based on judo values. The interest of our volunteers in further training is very high, so that on November 12th we were able to hold a course in Gröbenzell on the new graduation system.
