Jacobo Fernández lives the American dream

Jacobo Fernández has started his American tour. After crossing the Atlantic last Monday, yesterday he launched his tour of South and Central America. There will be three weeks of intense competition that have begun in Lima with the Peru Challenge 2022 dispute, which is held at the National Sports Village of Peru, which in Spain represents the CAR of Madrid.

In this test, belonging like the rest to the world circuit, Jacobo expected a rival in the men’s doubles with his partner Rubén García already in the main draw. The opponents were going to come out of the duel between a Canadian couple and a Brazilian one. In mixed doubles, debuting in the modality with Paula López from Madrid, they faced off against the powerful Canadian couple Lee/Zhang, both of Asian origin. All his rivals have higher positions and more experience in the world ranking.

The next stops of the Vigo in overseas lands will be the XIII Mexican International 2022 and the I Ibero-American Championship, both in the city of Guadalajara, which will be held from November 22 to 26 and from November 27 to 30.

To conclude this tour, Jacobo will play the IV El Salvador International 2022 from December 1 to 4. It is at this last stop that he hopes to achieve his best results, especially in mixed doubles, since by then he will have acquired the minimum competitive conjunction with your new partner.
