Winning all the matches with his solvency, he reached the final where he faced his doubles partner, Diego Muñoz (CB Valladolid). Both, in the form of U11 boys doubles they managed to win all their matches, losing only the one that determined the fight for gold, thus achieving a meritorious medal of plata.

Lastly, the brother youngest of the Pintos, Félix, still sub-9, also participated in the competition, winning one of the matches in the men’s doubles modality, together with his teammate from Valladolid Samuel Leyva. The little boy begins to have his first experiences in regional competitions, still having two more seasons ahead in the sub11 category.

After this competition, whose objective was to iron out the small details and not lose pace on the track, the moment of the season arrives, the Spanish U11 Championship, which will be held this coming weekend in Palencia, with Demetrio Pinto as the representative from Zamora.

Absolute Category

By your side, Aitor Llandres and Raul Lopez, they participated in the absolute category with the objective of preparing the Senior Spanish Championship that will be held in two weeks in Gijón. Good competition from both, highlighting the quarterfinals of Aitor Llandres, falling in this round by a tight 21-19/21-18, brushing the pass towards the fight for the medals, and the good role of both in the doubles modality masculine also reaching this round of quarterfinals.
