Currently without a club, Sven-Göran Eriksson would not be against taking over from Jürgen Klopp at Liverpool, even if it seems unlikely.
After a coaching career which notably led him to Lazio Rome, Benfica, Manchester City and three clubs in the Chinese Super League, not to mention various other places, Sven-Göran Eriksson (74) has no not yet retired. He even evokes an arrival in Liverpool, where Jürgen Klopp is currently weakened.

“Yeah, maybe,” Eriksson told the Daily Star. Before adding: “Will Liverpool give me a three-year contract? I don’t think they will! You know, it’s impossible! I have a very good life and I am very happy. Sitting on the bench is the best view one can have. Try to outwit the other sitting on the other bench.”
