Eden Hazard delights on his return to training and receives praise from Benzema: ‘Someone with enormous qualities’

Good news for the Red Devils: Eden Hazard has returned to training. Injured due to a physical overload in the knee, he was absent from the group during the draw against Girona (1-1) and the victory in the Champions League against Celtic (5-1).

This Friday, he returned to training. And the 31-year-old Belgian seemed sharp. As evidenced by this superb heel in front of a certain Karim Benzema during the session.

The Frenchman was also complimentary to our compatriot in an interview offered to GQ. During this interview, he returned to the penalty he had offered to Eden Hazard earlier in the season against Celta Vigo. “I just wanted to give a teammate the chance to score a goal”started KB9. “Simply because he’s a player I like. Someone with huge qualities. It was his moment. I wanted him to score so that he gained more confidence.” A nice gesture which, unfortunately, did not have the desired effect because number 7 missed his chance.

Obviously, this magnificent gesture in training will not change everything. The situation of Brainois remains precarious at Real Madrid where he is only the fifth or even the sixth choice of Carlo Ancelotti. Still, the striker is applying again for a place in the group for the trip to Rayo Vallecano on Monday.
