The Judo Club Senín will celebrate on the 24th and 28th of this month self-defense sessions in order to teach participants to evaluate and deal with situations of threat, conflict and aggression through judo techniques and Sambo fighting. It will be in the gym of the San Tomé school and registration can be formalized through [email protected]. The conferences are organized on the occasion of the commemoration of the Day against Gender Violence and are aimed at men and women from the age of thirteen.
