Bayern striker Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting (33) extends his mega series in the 3-2 win in Berlin and also scores in the seventh competitive game in a row. In the double pack against Hertha, he was even allowed to cheer by accident!
The 38th minute: Choupo-Moting is spot on in front of the Berlin goal, but kicks the ball past the ball with his right hand. His luck: He then slipped into the ball and scooped it into the goal almost by accident with his left shin to make it 3-0.

Double strike perfect! Because: Just a minute earlier he had already straddled a rebound into the Berlin box at 2-0. With his 9th and 10th ball contact, Choupo-Moting made the supposed decision after Musiala’s early lead (12th). Brutal efficiency!
But: Hertha responds with a wonderful Lukebakio volley, which hits the Bayern goal untenably (40th). Suddenly more Hertha hope before the break!
Pavard steps on Selke’s foot in the penalty area, and the fouled man converts the penalty himself. Selke’s anniversary goal in his 200th Bundesliga game to make it 2-3!
No chance for national goalkeeper Manuel Neuer (36), who is back in goal for the first time in Berlin – after a four-week injury break with seven games missed. Two weeks before the start of the World Cup, soccer Germany should see that Neuer’s left shoulder is holding up.
