Last night in the National Hockey League (NHL), the Columbus Blue Jackets, playing without the injured Elvya Merzlikin, beat the Montreal Canadiens 6-4, celebrating their second win in a row.
The Blue Jackets’ goal in this match was guarded by Finn Jonas Korpisalo, who saved 38 of 42 opponents’ shots, or 90.5%. Meanwhile, Shawn Kuraly scored twice for the Blue Jackets, while Matthew Olivier, Cole Sillinger, Gustav Nyquist and Boone Jenner each scored. Meanwhile, Nick Suzuki, Brandon Gallagher, Jordan Harris and Josh Anderson scored for the opposition.
In another match, the Tampa Bay Lightning, still without Rudolph Balzer, convincingly beat the Calgary Flames 4-1, achieving their third success in a row.
