Argentina vs Mexico lineup: La Albiceleste rotates

Argentina made a number of changes in the starting XI to face Mexico. There are five names changed from the composition of the opponents of Saudi Arabia.

The Argentina vs Mexico match in the continuation of the 2022 World Cup will take place at the Lusail Iconic Stadium, Sunday (27/11/2022) early morning WIB. Both teams are yet to win in Group C.

Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia in the first game, while Mexico drew against Poland. For Argentina, this match against Mexico is crucial because a defeat would mean they were kicked out of the tournament.

Argentina made five changes to the line-up against Saudi Arabia. Gonzalo Montiel, Lisandro Martinez and Marcos Acuna played at the back.

In the middle, Leandro Paredes and Papu Gomez were replaced by Guido Rodriguez and Alexis Mac Allister. Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria and Lautaro Martinez are still relied upon up front.

While Mexico only made three changes. This time Andres Guardado will take part after missing the first match.
