The last stage of the race will be held in Briaglia on Sunday 9 October Gianduja trophymulti-stage archery competition between Piedmont and Liguria organized by Elves of Monteregale.
The race, which is part of a circuit organized with three other companies starting from this year, also wants to be a heartfelt memory for the figure of Diego Gallo, former president of the Monregalese association who died in 2020. Briaglia also hosted the initial stage of the Gianduja trophy, in May.
The Elfi del Monteregale are an amateur archery association, founded in 2004 and affiliated with FIARC, the national federation that allows various types of championships to be held. At the regional level they have always participated in large numbers in the various races between Piedmont and Liguria, obtaining excellent placings.
Over the years many archers of the group have also participated in various Italian championships, also appearing well in these competitions. In the last championship, held in Calizzano at the beginning of September, the Elves of Monteregale also obtained a precious silver medal with Maurizio Meistro.
The Elves of Monteregale also participate in many events in the province, such as Sport in Piazza in Mondovì (and in recent years also in Dogliani) to try to convey the passion for archery to people of all ages.
