Aaron Judge’s Instagram post has several fans claiming he’s staying with New York Yankees

Aaron Judge continues to be the most talked about story in baseball after the season ended, as he became a free agent and his future with the Yankees is in question. The No. 99 of the Bronx Bombers has not openly communicated what his decision will be, whether to stay in the Big Apple or migrate to another team.

But his recent Instagram post has Yankees fans hopeful that he will stay in New Yorkthanks to a video in which he thanks fans for their support after winning the American League MVP award.

They believe he’s given a hint thanks to a song

In the video he posted on IG, Judge uses the theme song Hello Hello (feat. A Boogie wit da Hoodie), in which one of the lyrics says ‘I’m the King of New York’ as the musical background, which many Yankees fans interpret as a sign that he will return to wear the New York Yankees pinstripes.

Although many others believe it is the exact oppositea way to say goodbye to the Yankees. In the text, Judge wrote: “What a crazy week it’s been! This is a remarkable honor that could not have been possible without my family and friends who pushed me day in and day out. God has blessed me with so many great teammates and opportunities over the years that I will never take for granted! Thank you to the fans and the city of New York- it has been a privilege to earn this award in pinstripes.

Yankees have already made him a new offer

According to journalist Ramon Carmona, in recent days the Yankees have made Judge an offer for 337 million dollarsalthough the duration of the agreement is unknown. Officially the Yankees have not said anything, but it is known that Aaron wants more than 300 million.

Prior to the recently finished season, Yankees offered him a little more than 250 million, which he rejected and opted to reach free agency, where he can negotiate with any team he wants.

So far it has all been rumors, but at least Yankees fans believe that the team’s greatest idol in recent years will continue to have Yankee Stadium as his home.
