EARLY NEWS – A National Women’s Basketball Team will host Slovenia in the fourth match of FIBA 2023 Women’s European Championship Qualification Group D, tomorrow.
The fight, which will be played at the Servet Tazegül Sports Hall in Mersin, will start at 18.00.
The crescent-star team, which won all 3 matches in the qualifiers, is at the top of the group. The national team defeated Slovenia 78-62, Poland 52-41 and Albania 140-44 in their first three matches in the group.

Turkey will host Poland on February 9, 2023, and Albania on February 12, 2023.
The 10 teams that take the first place in their groups and the second best 4 groups will be entitled to participate in the championship. The FIBA 2023 Women’s European Championship, in which Israel and Slovenia will participate directly as hosts, will be held on 15-25 June 2023.
