Plogastel Sports Loisirs (PSL) has relaunched its judo activity. Small novelty, this year the tatamis have been installed in the evolution room, rue de Park Zale. The young judokas have found their teacher Nicolas Maigné, with whom they will be able to progress in this discipline, combining sporting activity and rigour. There are still places available for the sessions. Judo lessons take place on Saturdays at 10 a.m. for 4-5 year olds and at 11 a.m. for over 6s.
