The death of Gimnasia La Plata fan César Regueiro occurred due to non-traumatic cardiorespiratory arrestas determined by the provisional autopsy report.
Regueiro, who was 57 years old, died nearby of the Juan Carlos Zerillo stadium in La Plata, during the match between Gimnasia and Boca for date 23 of the Professional Soccer League.
“CPR was performed at the scene without success. He was transferred by private service ambulance and entered the San Martín hospital lifeless”added the statement from the Executive Power on the death of Regueiro.
The Fiscal Unit of La Plata No. 8, in charge of the prosecutor Martín Almirón, continues with the investigations for the incidents generated in the vicinity of the Juan Carlos Zerillo stadium on Thursday night.
