The Torrelavega City Council has organized a multisport Campus, called ‘El Recreuco’, coinciding with the Halloween school holidays.

The Councilor for Sports, Nacho González, explained that it is aimed at children from 4 to 12 years old and will take place from October 31 to November 4 at the Pintor Escudero Espronceda school in Tanos.

The objective, he has indicated, is to facilitate family and work reconciliation” in this non-school period, through a program of educational and sports activities led by “highly qualified” professionals.

The campus includes badminton, indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, athletics, colpball, traditional games and sports.

Entries can be made at the Pintor Escudero Espronceda school, in the Vicente Trueba pavilion, via email [email protected] and by calling 620 502 456 and 682 103 191. The price is 50 euros (25 euros per second brother) and 65 euros with early bird service (42 euros for the second brother).

The ‘El Recreuco’ campus is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., although it also offers a healthy breakfast and early bird service from 8 a.m.
