TNI and Police Still Involved in the Match or Not After the Kanjuruhan Tragedy, This is PT LIB’s Answer

BOLASPORT.COM – PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) talked about whether or not to involve the TNI and police after the Kanjuruhan tragedy.

This was stated by the Director of Operations of PT LIB, Sudjarno after fulfilling the summons of the National Human Rights Commission in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (19/10/2022).

As is known, there was a friction between security forces and supporters after the Arema FC vs. Persebaya Surabaya match ended at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, East Java, Saturday (1/10/2022).

The police fired tear gas into the crowd, causing panic.

There were even fans who received kung fu kicks from TNI soldiers.

“It was discussed at PSSI,” said Sudjarno.

A TNI soldier with the initials Serda BTW has been named a suspect.

Meanwhile, the Kanjuruhan incident claimed 713 victims.
