The Poets of Judo always at the top in Italy

The Poets of Judo – Another great result for Cristallini Alessandro (asd I Poeti del Judo), third classified in the -60 kg category at the Italy Abruzzo 2022 Trophy held on Saturday 15 October in Pescara, a National race that in the two days boasted the presence of 340 athletes from 123 clubs.

Crystalline, followed by tatami board by coach Stefano Poeta, managed to reach the podium and the bronze medal after six disputed matches, winning five and being defeated only by the athlete who then ranked first, despite being initially ahead during the match. Alessandro Cristallini’s result is also to be underlined because he obtained in a weight category in which he made his debut for the first time, after having achieved excellent results during the year in the -55 kg category (third place in the Italy Emilia Romagna Trophy, second place Italy Lombardy Trophy).

First race of national importance for team mate Alessandro Beccacci (-60 kg) who, despite failing to achieve the desired result in the two matches played, showed a good commitment that will soon bear fruit.

Also attached to the Judo Poets Massoli Domenico (-60 Kg) athlete of the Passe-partout Terni association. Also for Massoli it was a debut at national level and, although he lost the first match without being lucky enough to be fished out, he brought an excellent attitude into the race that could lead him to obtain good results in the future.

The excellent work of the Perugia judo club is confirmed, which boasts many talented young people with the desire to grow prepared by technicians of absolute experience, the work continues assiduously for the next commitments that will see the agonists engaged in National and International competitions.
