In charge of the project will be Martín Brun, as teacher, and Matías Silvano, as coordinator. “We have set a quota of 20 boys per shift, since there will be a schedule on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 and another in the afternoon from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., also on Saturdays too. there will be schools in the morning”, explained Gustavo Santillán, Director of Sports.
As the official explained, “for the municipality it is very important not only to open a tennis school, but also other sports such as boxing, badminton, bow and arrow, athletics and thus generate schools of different sports that give importance to the practice of sports for both children and adolescents.
In addition to the municipal school for children, they opened another one in the sports center for those over 15 years of age. “We are working with the Municipal Schools of basketball, Handball in the San Pedro neighborhood, thus reaffirming the commitment of the Municipality of Luján to open different schools so that children can choose and thus promote sports practice in the city, “he concluded.
