Who needs a squad when you have Aaron Judge’s baseball.

The husband of former bachelor contestant Bri Amaranthus was the man who captured Judge’s record 62nd home run on Tuesday.

Cory Youmans was in the right place at the right time when the New York Yankee winger slammed the ball into the stands at Choctaw Stadium in Texas.

Youmans – who wore a Texas Rangers hat – was quickly carried away by safety after catching the ball that broke the one-season home run record for the American League.

Amaranthus, who previously competed in the season of Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s dating show, tweeted a video of her husband being overrun by reporters, with the caption “THIS IS MY HUSBAND”.

When asked what he would do with baseball, an agitated Youmans told reporters: “That’s a good question! I did not think about it!”

The former reality star also shared a snapshot of the baseball in his Instagram story, writing “this is my man” and tagging Judge.

While the Sports Illustrated reporter may not have won Luyendyk Jr.’s heart, the pair are on their way to a big win for coveted baseball.

The ball is reportedly worth at least $ 2 million dollars according to Memory Lane chairman JP Cohen, who has already made an offer for the precious possession.

However, he may have to fight tooth and nail for the record ball as there is already a roster of people trying to get their hands on it, including Judge.

“We’ll see what happens with this,” the baseball star, 30, told reporters after the game, which the Yankees lost to the Texas Rangers 3-2.

“It would be great to have it back, but you know, it’s a souvenir for a fan. They have made a great catch out there and they have every right to do so ”.

Amaranthus briefly competed in season 22 of the reality series in 2018. She began dating the investment banker shortly thereafter and the couple married in June 2021.
