When her mother sent her to judo as a child, she didn’t like it. Nina Weber sits in the lounge of Judo-Kwai Oensingen and laughs. Kwai is Japanese and means club. At that time, the 24-year-old attended a beginner’s course. “Especially fighting did not suit me at all,” she looks back. She was also on the swimming team at the time. She finished the course anyway. And never stopped exercising.
