The Wolves of Würzburg are already playing in the second handball Bundesliga on Friday evening. In the local tectake arena it’s against HC Empor Rostock. The wolves would like to win their second win of the season against the still winless Rostocker. The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m.
On the 3rd day of the basketball Bundesliga, the Würzburg Baskets will host the Syntainics MBC from Weißenfels on Saturday. After defeating the Basketball Löwen Braunschweig on Monday, the Baskets want to follow up against Syntainics MBC. With the first win in front of a home crowd and two wins from the first three games, this would be a very successful start to the season for the Baskets. Tip-off of the game is at 6:00 p.m.
The Würzburger Kickers conclude the sports weekend with an away game in Munich. As the leaders of the Bavarian Regionalliga, the Rothosen will meet FC Bayern’s second team at 2 p.m. on Sunday. With the seventh win in a row, the Kickers could still claim first place in the table.
