Find a sport that can be practiced in a group. The sport should train the entire body musculature.
I was in a class at a decent gym, but there was so much talking during the exercises that you couldn’t even concentrate on yourself.
I’ve also been to Qi-Gong before, and during the first training session I realized how badly I stretched (which is also true). Kind of felt like saying it outright. It was so esoteric that I didn’t feel like it anymore.
