This tournament, which is the fifth edition, took place in the sports hall of Saint-Geniès, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October. Organized by the OBC (Olympic Badminton club), the largest in Occitanie with 340 members, this tournament allowed seventy-two teams of two or four players to compete. Coming from Rhône-Alpes, Paca and Occitanie, they represented at least thirty different clubs. All levels were represented, from beginner to national level. More than 300 matches took place over these two days.
It is the club of Saint-Geniès, chaired by Sylvie Wasselin, and strong of about fifty members who ensured the logistics of this tournament.
