BOLASPORT.COM – One of the participants in the 2022 PB Djarum General Audition, Khanza Zulfanihayah, is the younger sister of Indonesian women’s doubles badminton player, Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.
Khanza was present in the morning session of the first day of the 2022 PB Djarum General Audition at GOR Jati, Kudus, Wednesday (19/10/2022). The daughter born in 2012 admitted that her reason for auditioning was because she wanted to follow in Fadia’s footsteps.
“I want to follow in my brother’s footsteps because you are one of my idols. I was nervous when I saw Susy Susanti and Liliyana Natsir competing, but it made me excited,” Khanza told the media.
According to Khanza, Susy and Liliyana are also his idols because they play well and often win. Khanza has loved badminton since kindergarten when he was 5 years old.
“I like it because I want to make Indonesia and my family proud. I play badminton because I want to be a badminton player, not because I have to,” admitted Khanza.

Khanza likes badminton because he saw his father who is a badminton coach.
“See dad is training so he wants to join too. Dad is not fierce when he is a coach,” said Khanza.
Apart from that, he likes Fadia’s style of play.
“Sister told me not to give up and if the training has to be hard, don’t be lazy.”
