Pending the definition of the procedure for entrusting the Patti “Tino and Renzo Serranò” sports hall, the structure, already destined for the ASD “Pallacanestro Patti” for the past few years, has been returned to the same association.
He asked to be able to continue to use the premises to carry out the competitive activities connected to the men’s Serie C and Serie A2 women’s championships, because the Palazzetto is the only existing sports facility in the Patti district. So ordered the mayor of the Metropolitan City of Messina Federico Basile.
We remind you, on 30 August the Metropolitan City of Messina launched a public notice of market investigation – an expression of interest for the subsequent invitation to the negotiated procedure for the assignment of the management service of the “Tino and Renzo Serranò” sports hall by Patti. The call expired on 23 September last.
The plant has a gross covered area of 3,260 square meters and an external surface of 11,950 square meters, which include the internal and external yard area and the access road. The concession contract will have a duration of 5 years and the value of the management service for each year is € 5,778.
