Wedemark. Now it was finally time, after a long break, parent-child training took place again, the judo divisions of the Turn Club Bissendorf and Mellendorfer TV.
During this training, the little ones can get on the mat together with a parent and it is also an opportunity for mum or dad to get a taste of the world of judo for the first time or again. Under the guidance of trainer Christian Knobloch, we warmed up together and learned the correct falling, throwing and holding techniques. The little ones were allowed to throw mom and dad properly onto the mat and then hold them in the handle. Since the little ones trained and practiced diligently before the holidays, they successfully passed their exam together with mum and dad and will receive their new belt next week.
