The Municipal Table Tennis League was launched at the Sports Center of the High Performance Center of Tijuana, receiving 50 competitors from Tijuana, Ensenada, Rosarito and San Diego, between men and women to play individually or in pairs.
Previously, an opening ceremony was held headed by Elías Torres Balcazar, President of the Baja California State Table Tennis Association, who thanked the general director of the Institute of Sport and Physical Culture, Lourdes Cañez, for his support at all times. Martinez.
Coordinating everything related to the tournament will be the President of the League, Morgan Jiménez, who in his words was very committed to promoting this discipline, as well as Ben Kazemi, representative of Table Tennis from San Diego, California, who will be moving players from said entity, hoping that in this way the competitive level of the matches will be raised even more.
