Lomaj is silent, the team suffers its second loss in a row, Steinberg’s club wins

Latvian basketball player Rihards Lomažs scored six points in the Spanish Premier League (ACB) game on Saturday, but that did not save his Zaragoza “Casademont” team from failure in the second match in a row. “Casademont” lost to Murcia UCAM with a score of 64:81 (17:29, 14:12, 14:18, 19:22) at home.

Lomaj was on the court for 20 minutes and 34 seconds, during which he scored six points, making two of five two-point shots and two of three free throws. He also had two rebounds, one assist, one foul, three personal fouls, four fouls and finished the game with a +/- of -2 and an efficiency rating of five.

Kristians Makevulu was the top scorer for the home team with 15 points and eight rebounds, and Howard Saint-Ross added 12 points to his performance. Thad McFadden led the winning team with 28 points.

Meanwhile, in another match, March Steinberg’s Manresa “Baxi” won an away victory over “Granada” with the result 87:84 (20:25, 16:19, 24:21, 27:19).

Steinberg played 11 minutes and 58 seconds, during which he scored two points on one accurate shot, had one foul, had four personal fouls, provoked two opponents’ penalties, accumulated a +/- of zero and an efficiency of -2. Jerick Harding was the top scorer for Baxi with 28 points, while Thomas Broupley scored 26 points for Granada.
