Judo MJC, here we go again!

The young athletes registered in the judo section of the MJC of Ancerville have resumed training for a month. Under the guidance of their trainer, Marie-Christine Monnet, now deprived of Lola, who has started studies, there are therefore 28 of them to discover or improve movement techniques, grips, the use of force or even sequences .

The fact of being alone in directing the training did not disconcert Marie-Christine, who uses a gentle but firm way to teach the youngest to properly fasten the belt, to adopt a respectful attitude on the tatami, while by discovering the first techniques. As for the oldest, they improve in order to obtain the level, to participate in the various competitions.

If the course for children, born in 2016, 2017 and 2018, is full, that intended for 2013/2014/2015 and beginners from 2010 to 2012 can still accommodate a dozen or so judokas, every Tuesday, from 6:50 p.m. to 7 p.m. h 50 (outside school holidays).

A first course is scheduled for October 22, at the Laurent de Marnaval dojo. It is intended for chicks and mini-chicks, with at least one year of practice and from the different sections of the Marnaval/Saint-Dizier Judo-club. A taste of competition!
