From Rosario to the South American in Carlos Paz

From October 31 to November 6, the South American Judo Championship will be held in the city of Villa Carlos Paz, a tournament that will feature the participation of athletes from Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile, among others. For this event, one of the most important on the sports agenda for this discipline, Atlantic Sportsmen will provide nine judokas, two of them will fight in two categories (cadets and junior) and the remaining seven will be divided between the children’s categories A and B and will have their first international experience. They are Indira Papaleo, Pilar Cardillo, Julian Serapide, Yandel Saragusti, Tiago Vizzi, Tamara Cardillo, Santino Russo, Federico Perez and Nicholas San Damaso.

The list of Rosario who will compete in Córdoba it is completed with Nazareno Heredia, Maximo Luque, Vera de los Angeles Martinez, Candela Martinez, Pedro Romero, Gino Sanchez Martone, Ayelen Garcia, Morena Fonzo, Julieta Vargas, Maria Bethlehem Gazzo, Dylan Algarbe, Lautaro Fonzo, Facundo Delturco, Angel Amaya, Alexandro Sanchez, Thomas Campos Suarez, Juan Bautista Gomez, Maria Balaguer, Augustin Cano, Santiago Solis, Felipe Falcon, Malena Doino, Ithiel Navarrete, Bethlehem Rijas, Lautaro Cena, David Martelotto and Lucas Galzuta, judokas of the Academia 360, APC Judo Club, Swiss Shooting Society, Peñarol, Carcarañá, Gymnastics and Fencing Rosario, Náutico Avellaneda, Don Bosco and Nautical and Fishermen’s Club.

All of them are part of the Argentine team that will represent the country and they have qualified through their participation in selective tournaments (National Opening and Center of the Republic also held in Villa Carlos Paz), in addition to attending training camps, among other requirements.

Master Miguel Angel Russo (9th Dan) and Professor Marcela Montes will be part of the body of the Sports Area of ​​the Argentine Judo Confederation and Professor Maximiliano Pagliarecci will be as National Technician of the children’s category.
