FC Bayern fans can be happy. The game of the record champions on matchday 14 against Werder Bremen can be seen live on free TV.

Munich – Before the Bundesliga in mid-November World Cup break goes, the fans of the FC Bayern be happy. Because the game of the record champions against Werder Bremen on the 14th match day (November 8th) will be shown on free TV. The north-south classic on Tuesday evening (kick-off 8:30 p.m.) in the Allianz Arena will be broadcast on Sat.1.

The reason is a special cooperation. So far, it was only known that on November 11th the “conclusion” of the Bundesliga before the World Cup break will be broadcast on Sat.1. The fans can look forward to the game between Borussia Mönchengladbach and BVB on free TV. But now the Bayern game has been added.

FC Bayern against Werder Bremen live on free TV: fans are happy

Sat.1 has been allowed to broadcast three games per season since last season. So far, these were the opening game on matchday 1 and the end of the first half of the season (matchday 17) and the start of the second half of the season (matchday 18), which were then shown on free-to-air TV and not exclusively on Sky or DAZN. Due to the break due to the Desert World Cup (November 20th to December 18th) in Qatar, the Sat.1 transmission is now being postponed and the 15th and 16th matchdays will be shown.

Thanks to a cooperation between the Seven.One Entertainment Group, which is a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media and Sky, there is now a treat for Bayern fans on matchday 14. Accordingly, the agreement also means that Sat.1 will also broadcast a total of four live games in 2022/23 and 2023/24.

“The cooperation is a triple win – for the fans, for Sky and for us.” ranSports director Alexander Rösner quotes: “We are expanding our live coverage of the Bundesliga and are looking forward to two more big football evenings on Sat.1.”

Wolff Fuss will comment on Bayern’s match against Werder. The whole thing is moderated by Matthias Opdenhövel, reporter is Matthias Killing.
