F1, Mexican GP: pole at Verstappen, Ferrari badly – F1

World champion Max Verstappen, at the wheel of a Red Bull, set the fastest time in the official qualifying of the Mexican GP. The Dutchman lapped in 1: 17.775 and will therefore start from pole position. Next to him, in the front row, the British in the Mercedes George Russell, third time for the other driver of the ‘Silver Arrows’, the multiple world champion Lewis Hamilton. Bad for the Ferraris: fifth time and third row for Carlos Sainz, Charles Leclerc only seventh. Between the two ‘reds’, Valtteri Bottas’ Alfa Romeo, which set the sixth fastest time.
