REVIEWS

“An entertaining introduction to the history of the Yankees’ shortstop, but most of its seven episodes seem more like a succession of stellar moments than an in-depth portrait“, Steve Greene: IndieWire.

“If you’re a general baseball enthusiast, or even a casual connoisseur of the Yankees’ utter domination of the field at the turn of the century, offers a lot of substance“, Caroline Framke: Variety.

“Despite Spike Lee’s name as executive producer, definitely lacks style. A docu-series that isn’t badly done, but is rarely revealing.” Daniel Fienberg: The Hollywood Reporter. @worldwide
