Super Choupo continues to shoot Bayern

In Bayern’s 5-2 cup victory in Augsburg, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (33) shot the record champion almost single-handedly.
With two goals and an assist, the center forward is involved in the first three Bayern goals – and after his strong performance in the 5-0 win against Freiburg, delivers the second starting eleven show in a row.
Hats off, Choupo!
Choupo-Moting also attracts attention in terms of style with his Bavarians. Many fans had previously blasphemed about the special jersey “50 Years Olympic Stadium” because it would look like pajamas.
Matching the pajama dress, the Bavarians overslept the start of the game!

Choupo-Moting on ZDF: “I’m a player who just enjoys football. I’m happy that things have worked out so well on the pitch in the last few days.”
He is the man of the hour for Bayern – after Robert Lewandowski (34) left Barcelona, Bayern seem to have found a real nine again.
In Augsburg, Choupo-Moting and Bayern make it exciting again: Upamecano scores into his own goal to make it 3-2 (65th). But Musiala quickly made it 4:2 (74′), Davies made it 5:2 (90’+1′).
With the Augsburg win, Bayern are back in the round of 16 for the first time in three seasons.
