Course Budo games – games and exercises for martial arts in Bürstadt on November 26th, 2022.
Playful preliminary exercises to learn sometimes difficult or complex techniques in budo sports (judo, jiu-jitsu, ju-jutsu, etc.)
You will have a lot of fun and laughter is mandatory.
No prior knowledge is required.
Time frame and participants:
– Children from 9-10 years from 10:00-11:30 a.m. (incl. trainer)
– Children from 11-13 years from 12:00-14:00 (incl. trainer)
– Adults from 14 years from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m

The course is recognized by the Hessian Judo Association in connection with a HJV A-level course for C license extension.
