Congo-Brazzaville: Judo – Thirty-seven women technical officials update their knowledge

The Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Francophonie (Confejes) organized, from October 17 to 23 in Brazzaville, in partnership with the executive office of the Congolese Federation of Judo and associated disciplines (Fécoju-Da), a session training of female referees and technical officials of this national sports structure.

In the presence of the leaders of the Ministry of Sports, the Congolese National Olympic and Sports Committee as well as Fécoju-Da, more than thirty women from several departmental leagues took part in theoretical and practical courses related to this training.

The participants were entitled to courses on ethics, professional conduct and the rules of arbitration of the international federation as well as the new rules for the cycle of the Olympic Games 2022-2024. They received certificates to officialize the training.

According to the president of Fécoju-Da, Me Neyl Francis Ata Asiokarah, this activity is part of the federal program to train actors to develop judo throughout the Congolese territory.
