Bolotnik will fight for the WBA international championship belt next month

Latvian boxer Ričards Bolotniks will fight for the World Boxing Association (WBA) international champion belt in light heavyweight in London at the end of November, according to the organizers.

On November 26, Bolotnik, who is ranked fourth in the WBA, will fight British boxer Craig Richards at the Wembley Arena in London. Bolotnik has won 19 out of 26 fights during his career, eight of them by knockout. Last December, he won the “Golden Contract” tournament organized by “MTK Global”, which gave a two-year contract for five fights. MTK Global has many well-known boxers under its umbrella. His last fight was in April, when he defeated Croatian Hrvoje Sepa, giving his opponent his first loss.

Meanwhile, 32-year-old Richards has had 21 fights in his professional boxing career, of which he won 17, lost three, and ended one with a draw. He last stepped into the ring in May and acknowledged the superiority of Joshua Buatsi.

Bolotnik and Richards will headline the night’s main event between Dylan White, who lost to Tyson Fury in April, and Jermaine Franklin.
